Hamburger production plant featuring a cold storage chamber for frozen raw materials with a capacity of 415 positions, tempering areas, a production line, product freezing, and preparation of both primary and secondary packaging. These areas are connected by refrigerated corridors that lead to the finished product storage chambers, which hold 189 positions.
The project also includes a full service block at the rear of the facility and an administrative block integrated with the entire sanitary sector.
