In construction, every project represents a commitment to quality, precise planning and responsible execution. Urban Molas, led by engineer Germán Naville, Implenia’s construction manager, is a reflection of these values. This project not only seeks to transform the urban landscape, but also to consolidate our reputation as a builder of excellence.
The project comprises 13,000 sq. m. built on a site of approximately 3,000 sq. m., distributed in two six-story towers that include 90 housing units with 1, 2 and 3-bedroom options. It also has a shared basement with parking lots and a power distribution station, as well as a first floor designed to offer recreational and comfort spaces.
Responsible and Respectful Construction with the Environment
At Urban Molas, we assume the responsibility of integrating ourselves harmoniously with the environment:
Environmental preservation: Trees have been maintained in the internal courtyards as a sign of respect for the environment.
Resource efficiency: The work has been conceived with criteria that minimize the environmental impact, both in the construction stage and in the subsequent use of the building.
Adaptation to the urban environment: The design with two fronts facing different streets favors accessibility and interaction with the neighborhood.
Building Trust for the Future
With Urban Molas, we reaffirm our commitment to building with responsibility, quality, and attention to detail. This project is not just a place to live, but also a testament to our approach as a construction company: putting technical excellence at the service of the community.
Urban Molas is a tangible example of how effort and dedication in construction can result in lasting works that benefit everyone. Our goal is clear: to build with quality, trust, and a vision for a better future.
