“If we want to, we can do it,” says Gabriela Cabrera, who works as a point person at the Plaza Norte construction site. She is no stranger to the world of construction, as her father works in the industry. “I have always been close to construction, helping my father in his work since I was a child, and today I am proud to continue on this path.
Although men predominate in the environment, Gabriela emphasizes the value of teamwork: “I feel that in this place we all support each other and move forward together. When we make an effort, we can achieve great things”. Her words inspire and remind us that true progress is built with effort, commitment and the determination of each team member.
Another of the stories we heard was from Graciela. “If one wants to get ahead and fulfill one’s dream, we have to work; all women have the right to work,” she stated with determination.
