Real construction begins long before the first shovelful. At Implenia, Safety, Health and Environment (HSE) are not just words, they are pillars that guide our every decision.
Spokesman: Ing. Luis Amarilla
Safety and the well-being of our team at the center of everything
Our commitment to safety begins with the design of each project. We have specialized technicians assigned to each project who oversee and ensure the application of HSE best practices from planning to execution.
In addition, we understand that preparation is key. For this reason, we carry out constant training for all our personnel and also for subcontractors. These trainings not only meet the specific requirements of each project, but also promote a solid safety culture, where each member of our team can perform with confidence.
Beyond our internal operations
We believe in leaving a positive footprint on the environment and communities. Through our participation in the reforestation of degraded areas in alliance with INFONA, we seek to give life back to land that was once abandoned. On the other hand, through the Ecological Solutions ECORETIRO program, we give a second life to the waste generated, promoting the circular economy and improving the quality of life of the people who depend on these activities.
We work hand in hand with organizations that support early childhood education and acquire local services that generate opportunities for community groups. This not only strengthens ties with our communities, but also drives joint growth.
Our system is endorsed within the ISO 9001,14001 and 45001 certification process, which reinforces our commitment to the highest standards in safety, quality and sustainability. These recognitions not only reflect what we do, but also how we do it: with transparency and professionalism.
At Implenia, we know that every project is an opportunity to demonstrate that safety and respect for the environment are the engines that drive us towards excellence.
We are building more than infrastructure, we are building value.
