In the heart of Luque, SUMA CONMEBOL is born, a project that aims to transform communities. Where nearly 26% of families live in poverty and access to technology, recreation and health is limited, this space emerges as a comprehensive response, combining quality and tangible social impact.
SUMA CONMEBOL will be a multifunctional complex designed to meet the diverse needs of the community. With a capacity for 1,400 people, the sports center will have areas such as locker rooms, press rooms, and boxes, while the community center will include auditoriums, medical offices, libraries, and training spaces. In addition, the project is designed to promote the integral development of children and adolescents through sports, providing them with school, psychological, and medical support.
Designed under FIFA’s demanding quality standards, SUMA CONMEBOL will also have the capacity to host international futsal tournaments. Every detail of the project is designed to combine functionality with excellence, ensuring world-class facilities that will benefit both the local community and the region.
The project incorporates the best of engineering and conscious design. The sports center features a concrete structure with a metal roof and large windows that maximize natural light, optimizing energy resources. The community center is built by reusing shipping containers, an ingenious and environmentally friendly solution that promotes efficiency in the use of materials.
SUMA CONMEBOL is not limited to sports. Its approach encompasses a comprehensive educational program that uses soccer as a pedagogical tool. This program seeks to educate, socialize, promote values and prepare for life, integrating disciplines such as mathematics, science and geography with emotional and cognitive development.
