This project is designed to offer a modern, functional, and comfortable corporate space intended to host the companies TOCSA and IMPLENIA, providing top-tier facilities. The building includes a ground floor with a reception area and meeting rooms, followed by four levels of corporate offices, each with central air conditioning.

The semi-covered terrace features recreational areas designed to promote user well-being. The design is optimized to comfortably accommodate over 250 people, making it an ideal space for the corporate growth of both companies.
